Some common signs that your windows need repair include drafts, condensation between the panes, difficulty opening and closing, and visible damage to the frame or glass.

Once we have determined your window needs, our current order lead time can take between one to four weeks to receive our product and once we have scheduled an appointment, simple repairs can usually take less than an hour while complex repairs and replacements can take a few hours to a full day. 

This is often caused by a broken or worn- out window balance or springs which can usually be replaced. Please give the office a call to set up an appointment to order a replacement.

Yes! Fixing broken seals, drafts and frames as well as replacing glass with the new technology can reduce heating and cooling costs!
